1. ORGANISATION
• 1.1 Clan leader has the highest authority in Clan, next are his co-leaders and after them people who are in the Clan for a long time and have gained trust of Clan Leaders.
• 1.2 Decisions of Clan Leader and decisions of his representatives approved by him are irreversible.
• 1.3 In case of extended Clan Leader's absence he choose one coleader to take care of his duties.

2. OBLIGATIONS
• 2.1 Respect each other (even if u dont like somebody) - were all real people behind the chars.
• 2.2 We are english speaking Clan and everyone is obliged to use english on Clan/Ally chat.
• 2.3 Everyone is obliged to obey the orders of Clan Leader and Co-Leaders.
• 2.4 Every member of Einheit must help his clanmates.
• 2.5 It is obligatory for every member to register an account at clan forum located. There will be posted clan rules as well as other information’s and important announcements.
• 2.6 Presence at Ventrilo is compulsory during sieges/raid bosses/clan pvp and all other clan events for all members.
• 2.7 Presence at sieges is obligatory for every clan member. If someone won't appear on them numerous times without excuse - he might be dismissed from the Clan.
• 2.8 Presence on raid bosses announced by Clan Leaders is obligatory unless clan member has important reason not to go.
• 2.9 We have no wars now until Clan Leader not decide about declare ones.
• 2.10 Person who is absence for more then 7 days must advise Leaders.


3. PROHIBITIONS
• 3.1 Acting against instructions of Clan Leaders is forbidden, especially when it might cause harm to other member.
• 3.2. It is fobidden to inform anyone outside ally about our plans for sieges/dates of planned dungeon bosses and any other information’s strictly connected to Einheit and ally internal affairs.
• 3.3 Clan members must restrain from swearing on Clan/Ally chat and Ventrilo to minimum. Remember that somebody can feel uncomfortable with it.
• 3.4 Members are not allowed to attack clanmates, ally and members of friendly clans and allies.
• 3.5 It’s forbidden to cry on clan chat. If you don’t like something in Clan talk to leaders or write about your concerns on forum.
• 3.6 It is forbidden to set scam shops/botting under our insignia. It should never happen.
• 3.7 It is forbidden to beg for items/adenas. If you need help, please ask.
• 3.8 Racists will be dismissed on sight.


4. BEHAVIOR IN GAME
• 4.1 Every member of Einheit is obligated to take care of his good name and reputation.
• 4.1.1 Do not steal from other player.
• 4.1.1.1 We will not tolerate thievery. If you will recive items from one of clanmates it means that he trust you. If you will take that items with you and you will leave Clan you are just coward and thief!
• 4.1.2 Do not reveal any informations about Clan/Ally.
• 4.1.3 Do not attack neutral clans (except for killing PK or when you are accosted in any way).
• 4.1.4 Participation in Clan/Ally events.
• 4.2 Everyone should be mature enough to take a death without crying. Specially on PvP.


5. RECRUITMENT AND LEAVING
• 5.1 Einheit is an international Clan.
• 5.2 Person invited to Clan has to accept the rules and oblige to be active in Clan/Ally events.
• 5.3 If someone want to leave the Clan he should first inform leaders about it and explain the reasons.
• 5.4 It is forbidden under punishment of dismiss to have another character in any other active clan on server without knowledge and acceptation of a leaders.


6. ITEMS
MAIN CLASS > SUBCLASSES
• 6.1 RAID BOSSES
• 6.1.1 When raiding, please listen to the raid leaders. If you are asked to add someone to your party, then please do so, even if you do not want to. This will save us a lot of time.
• 6.1.2 If whole Clan participates in a Raid Boss event – Clan Leader picks up the drops (in case of his absence previously chosen person). All the drops are put in CWH.
• 6.1.3 In case of Raid Boss events organized by friendly clans/allies – the rules of splitting the drops are decided by Clan Leaders of participating clans. Drop received by Einheit will be put in CWH.
• 6.1.4 Epick jewelry - Clan Leaders decide who will get it. The criteria are: is the player a trusted member, activity, how long is the person in Clan , participation in events etc.
• 6.2 WAREHOUSE
• 6.1.1 CWH is not a dustbin. Please do not fill it with rubbish.
• 6.1.2 All keymats/recs (Dynasty/S80/S84) to CWH.
• 6.1.3 All bascimats will be kept by the certain person.
• 6.1.4 Everyone can keep A/S/S80 grade recs and keys as long its for his first set and he farmed it alone or in a fair split party.
• 6.1.5 Fullitems from CWH will be given out incase its needed to fullfill a set (but its Clan management decision).
• 6.1.6 If you are not sure to put something in CHW – ask first on clan chat.
